My eyes are ablaze from staring too long at too much sparkle, but doesn't this just put you in the mood for a party? Like an OLDSCHOOL party with piñatas and confetti and balloons and streamers?!
I'm definitely going to buy some crepe/foil and go fringe-crazy- it's a great technique if you're willing to put in the time and effort but don't want to spend heaps on your next party.
