-designed by Sarah Burton. It was a fitting choice for the wedding- understated and conservative, yet timelessly elegant, and the bouquet was a small arrangement of myrtle, lily-of-the-valley, sweet William (not a joke) and hyacinth flowers. It was a simple bouquet- small in size and uniform in colour, but like the dress, this was a decision that reflected her down-to-earth approach to the event.
The rest of the royal wedding was regal, proudly British and very traditional (beautiful nonetheless), a few more flowers in the cathedral would have been nice, although the tall leafy 'avenue of trees' was a good alternative.

All the hype surrounding the royal wedding has put me back in the mood for weddings, so prepare for lots of wedding posts!
